All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Zene Botanicals LLC.
NO discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of Zene Botanicals products, we will NOT accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or an error on your part, a re-shipping fee will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
