CANCELLATIONS 

Our team at Zene Botanicals work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. For this reason, as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of Zene Botanicals LLC.
NO discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of Zene Botanicals products, we will NOT accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or an error on your part, a re-shipping fee will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
